My niece-in-law who is a student of the Japanese language at a university in Pune achieved a remarkable milestone for the subject recently. To celebrate her success, we ordered a whole cake from our one-and-only favourite bakery, "London Muffin Cafe," because their cakes and other bakings were like they directly flew from Japan!

This time, we chose "Strawberry Decoration Cake (not sure if the name is according to their menu)" as shown in the picture; It was huge, like a hat box! Still, it was "smaller (500g)" one as they also had the 1kg option.
Perfectly decorated and super-sophisticated cake.
Later, I figured the way too large size was due to the "weight" of this cake. The sponge was so light and soft, and the texture was like a tube cake. A load of strawberries were sandwiched in between as well as decorated on the top of whipped cream. A slice took us straight to heaven!
The price of the whole cake was about 1,200 INR. If you book beforehand, they provide a chocolate plate inscribing the message as you wish.
