I feel fortunate to be surrounded by endless opportunities to learn from excellent examples.

It has been ages since I last visited this popular local tempura place. One early summer day, we decided to drop by the eatery on our way to a pond-side park in the suburban Fukuoka.

Tempuras were undoubtedly delicious; moreover, I was astonished and felt grateful for their uncompromisable crystal cleanliness on the premises.

Keeping up to their commitment is not easy while serving the customers all the time crowded round the clock. Hats off to their dedication, and I shall learn the deep meaning behind what I observed.
