Not finding Uber in Japan? Don't worry, find and download this app.
I have UK English interface for my Android device (Pixel 2,) and thus Google keeps on suggesting me the transportation mode for a taxi in Japan, which is Japan Taxi app in place of Uber.

The interface and use are almost similar to Uber's.
You can even pre-book a taxi, but you will need to register your credit card or debit card for that.
