Yet Another Great Success Ever! August Tea Party

Thanks to my friends, this month's Tea Party has become one of the biggest ever.

August Tea Party happened yesterday, which was the last Sunday of the month!

This month’s party was a great success ever, nothing but thanks to Mr Bvd Van, the man who keeps his words and brought as many students as possible from the different parts of Africa! Egypt, Kenya, Eritrea, Gabon, Zambia, Ethiopia and Congo, their nationalities were varied. All of them dressed fashionably, but their hearts were down to earth; cool yet warm people!

Also, my friends from Japan and India brought more than a dozen of Japanese students who were temporary visiting Pune for their study, each of them spoke excellent English, and I was so excited to find out that they were naturally introducing and exchanging with each other with The Team Africa! I felt like my dream has finally come true, the place I have been looking for!

Other nationalities of the participants were India, Russia, Mexico, UK and Portugal. Some people just dropped by to say “hi” to us, what an honour!

Since I am planning to go to Japan in September, most probably the next tea party will happen in October. I am looking forward to seeing all of them again.

One regret was that the staffs of the venue looked somewhat panicked this time and were not able to serve better. I will take care of this point next time.

I am aiming to build a group of people who have international backgrounds or are internationally minded to make friends each other, whoever old or new in Pune. Keep watch on ASKSiddhi for the next event, or register yourself in one of the following groups.
