We have a shop near my mother's house, and thus someday, I poked into it and found an exciting choice called "low-carb desserts (糖質オフデザート)." Why not? I certainly sampled a piece of "low-carb" chocolate ganache cake!

Is it so-called "low-carb"? Rich and profound ganache cream was sandwiched between cloud-like cocoa sponges and a sleek, shiny milk chocolate coating around the triangle. It is a guaranteed slice of happiness!
