Celebrate Your Happy Cooking Life With KAI Knives

Thank you, Kai.

I prefer cooking less; cutting ingredients is sometimes an ordeal. At the same time, I have not been blaming it for our knives, which were sourced from Tsubame, Niigata, Japan, the famous place where the high-quality knife manufacturers concentrated until now.

Siddharth once visited the Kai office in Gurgaon last year and was gifted this handy knife:

Kai Hocho Green Knife (Combo) – KAI INDIA ONLINE

It was almost a game-changer for me: It was effortless to cut cabbage that I could cut in half easily for the first time. The above product is convenient for peeling cucumber skin, too. The jaggy edge makes cutting bread, cakes, and sometimes pizza easy.

Reasonably priced (I guess that is also why it is currently out of stock,) there is no reason for you not to get one for yourself.
