Coincidentally, one of the best possible symbols of the year of rooster has come up from Portugal!

My version of the year of the rooster, Galo de Barcelos from Portugal! I miss Portugal and hope to visit there again very soon.

The new year resolution of mine: Go on following my passions for travels, multicultural exchanges, readings, and music. What's yours?

Hey, it's okay even if you are not in a good mood on occasion (including myself); the new year here is just a matter of Gregorian calendar. There will be the Chinese New Year, Gudi Padwa (Hindu New Year,) Eid, Ganesha Festival, Diwali, and many other opportunities coming up in a year for us to start up something new, including our birthdays!

Still, may the year 2017 be filled with peace, well-being, full of fortunes and prosperous for each one of you.
